  2. Promote fair and sustainable cultural tourism business models based on living territories and communities, avoiding negative impacts of touristification and reinforcing local identities and social ties.
  3. Generate opportunities for participation and interaction with the stakeholders and local communities by the promotion of payment for services agreements.
  4. Foster the use of innovative approaches by local communities and stakeholders, including the use of ICT.
