1. First meeting on business models
The first meeting marked the starting point of the process. In this session, we brought together different actors from the community (neighbours, cultural initiatives, economic agents, local associations, the council) to jointly explore possible business models linked to heritage.
The aim was to open up a space for dialogue and reflection that would allow us to identify common interests, needs and opportunities for collaboration, laying the foundations for collective and sustainable work. This first meeting was key to activating the network of stakeholders and consolidating a shared sense of purpose around Salar's heritage.

2. Formal membership of the Heritage Community
As a next step, the actors have formalised their participation through an official membership document. This not only confirms their commitment, but also strengthens the legitimacy and continuity of the project, ensuring that future actions are carried out with the active participation of those involved in the cultural and heritage life of the territory.
3. Individual interviews with stakeholders
We are currently conducting individual interviews with each member of the heritage community. The aim of these interviews is to gain a deeper understanding of their work, interests and perspectives, as well as to identify possible proposals for collaboration.
These conversations are contributing to:
- Develop a stakeholder map that visualises relationships, roles and opportunities for collaboration within the community.
- Identify synergies between projects, initiatives and local capacities.
- Facilitate the planning of future collective actions, tailored to the needs and potential of each stakeholder.
